Form Follows Function

The LAMY Swift rollerball pen features unrivaled precision and fluidity in writing with ball and ink, and thanks to its refined interplay of push-button and retractable clip, it needs no cap at all. At first glance one can see that the functional logic of the LAMY swift corresponds to that classic principle of good design: Form follows function.

The LAMY Swift is a rollerball pen whose straightforward design is full of thoughtful details. It combines the pleasant writing feeling of ink with the robust functionality of a ballpoint. The interaction of clip and pusher is particularly ingenious: when the refill is pushed out and ready to write, the clip retracts to prevent accidental insertion.

Inside the LAMY swift, the best rollerball refill on the market, the LAMY M 66, ensures a smooth and fluid writing experience. The durable all-metal casing features punched-out structures on the grip section: they not only serve as a visual focus, but also provide a comfortable grip while writing.
